I am a fine artist, decorative artist, art teacher, wife, and mom of 3 humans and several fur babies.  In 2017 I recommitted myself to my creative life by opening a studio, Maywood Arts and Design.  The last few years have been challenging and thrilling as my little studio grows and my reputation as an artist grows with it in my community.  My background is in painting, and I worked as a decorative painter for many years to earn my bread.  With the opening of the studio, I have dived into learning all sorts of new techniques and materials with fervor and passion.  Thank goodness for the internet!
